Hi, I’m Maria. I am a surgeon and entrepreneur that operates in and out of the OR to connect doctors to patients faster. I use tech to tackle bottlenecks.

I co-founded DocAnchor to create digital doctor passports, allowing doctors to store and share their credentials in minutes for fast hiring and billing. We maximize the reach of every doctor to address doctor shortages and burnout.

As founder of SurgLink, I lead cutting edge surgical services & staffing. We offer innovative solutions including robotic surgery, telehealth, and are developing remote surgery capability.

As a robotic surgeon, I specialize in anti-reflux and weight loss surgery, create AI medical tools (BariBuddy, SDS taskforce), and co-chair the ASMBS insurance committee. Making surgery and health tech safe and accessible to all is my goal. Please reach out to innovate together.
